Hydrangea arborescens 'Abetwo'
Hydrangea arborescens Incrediball is a dependable and attractive flowering shrub known for its straight stems that do not flop. This dense, deciduous shrub produces enormous, spherical flower clusters, up to 12 inches wide, in early June that animate the landscape and enliven dark places. The blossoms open lime-green, mature to brilliant white, then turn back to pale green in late summer before changing to a tan colour in fall. They can bloom for up to two months. The popular Annabelle hydrangea has been upgraded with Incrediball, which has extra-large blooms and strong, durable stems that do not flop over. This US native hydrangea is ideal for mixed borders, small gardens, and patio pots because it is incredibly resilient, even in the coldest winters.
