Hydrangea paniculata Fire Light, a beautiful deciduous shrub with enormous bloom heads from midsummer to fall, is exceptionally resilient and dependable. The blossoms, which are held on thick, strong stalks, start out creamy-white and mature to a brilliant raspberry pink as the season goes on. This hardy hydrangea, which requires little care and is simple to grow, can be used as a specimen, hedge, or as part of flower gardens and foundation plantings. The blossoms make wonderful fresh or dried cut flowers, or you may leave them on the plant where they will last deep into winter.
