Liatris spicata 'Floristan Weiss' (Gayfeather) is a prized perennial with fluffy white flower spikes. It blooms successively from top to bottom for over four weeks, attracting bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. This low-maintenance plant remains attractive with its narrow leaves throughout summer, turning bronze in fall. It adds a strong vertical accent to sunny borders or prairie gardens and pairs well with Rudbeckia and Echinacea.
