Sweet Sugar Tyme® Crabapple

A crab that is resistant to disease is the sugar tide crab.  Its oval shape is spreading and erect.  It will reach a height of 18 feet and a width of 15 feet.  In the spring, it will blossom with huge, fragrant white blooms from pale pink buds.  This tree is attractive throughout the year since it also bears a big, deep red berry that lasts through the winter.  Compared to most other flowering crabs, the sugar tyme crab is smaller.
