‘Yoshino’ is a handsome, fast growing tree-form of Japanese cedar that can be used as central feature in a landscape or several can be planted in a row to create a screen. Its strong central leader defines a slender pyramidal shape that requires no pruning. Spring color is lime green but as cold weather approaches it takes on a darker green, almost plum in winter.
