Impatiens come in a wide range of colors to brighten up a shady spot in your yard. They are easy to grow and will self-clean spent blooms so there is no need to deadhead. They prefer moist, well-drained soil and they will bloom all season long even in full shade. If watered properly they can tolerate part sun if desired.
