Eryngium planum has beautifully textured variegated leaves to add interest to a border or walkway. Flowering in the summer this plant prefers well-drained soils but tolerates poor soils. Easy to grow Eryngium planum is drought resistant as well as rabbit and deer resistant but attracts butterflies.
