From early summer through early fall, the Red Rocket Crape Myrtle is covered in breathtaking clusters of cherry red lacy blooms at the extremities of the branches. It has lovely dark green foliage that turns scarlet in the spring. The highly beautiful oval leaves change color to orange in the fall. The fruit has no noteworthy decorative qualities.
